At the end of an avenue of venerable trees, the building imposes itself on you. In this old opulent farmhouse where the stone lintel indicates the date 1864, a gîte invites you to relax. The sound of the stream, the songs of the birds, the silence, the fresh mountain air accompany you for a night or a few days.
In Ladreysie is the gîte created from scratch by Anne and Jérémy Alles. This couple of bookseller and computer scientist left the Rhône-Alpes region for Saint-Julien-Molhesabate. They were looking for a house where they could also create their own lodge. They quickly found their setting with a crush on this property.
Neat decor
For months, they put on their overalls to create a gîte for 6 people, designed for families and friends. Here, the place is equipped (especially for babies and children), bright and soothing. The tuned piano awaits nimble fingers in the living room. An old radio from the 60s has been redesigned into a Bluetooth speaker. The old antique piece of furniture has been carefully revamped. Postcards from yesteryear and illustrations by Ponote artists catch the eye in the stairwell that leads to the rooms.
On the ground floor or upstairs, you won't be able to escape majestic panoramic views thanks to large bay windows. And the terrace will allow you to breathe the fresh air of the mid-mountains.
A bird sanctuary
-En Ladreysie welcomes guests all year round, in a price range between €100 and €140 per night depending on the time of year, on the Airbnb platform.
Here, Anne and Jérémy offer to escape and reconnect with the essentials, in the heart of preserved nature. The animals show you the way, whether it is the cat, the chickens or the birds, which have a caring refuge.
