Amid general bliss, Cyril Hanouna announced he was going to Florida to meet Donald Trump and Elon Musk by invitation, during a private evening. But several rumors in the corridors say that he actually paid for his place.
What future for Hanouna and TPMP?
Cyril Hanouna and Don’t touch my post are living their last weeks. On February 28, the host will have to leave his position, the C8 channel being deleted by the Arcom ax, which was decided last July.
Who to fish out Bolloré’s protégé and his ever-so-subversive show? Several avenues are emerging for the future of Cyril Hanouna. Among them, one transfer of Don’t touch my post on CStar, another channel from the Canal+ group. Rumors in the corridors suggest a shift towards digital, an option which would give it optimal editorial freedom.
Hanouna invited to Trump’s house with Elon Musk, the intoxication
As the end of TPMP approaches, things get busy. The host has been regularly in the news lately regarding his future migration. And – as usual – his speeches are still clownish. On the set of TPMPMonday January 13, 2025, the host revealed that he was one of Donald Trump’s guests for a party organized at his residence in Florida on February 18. “I’m going to the United States. I’m going to Mar-a-Lago. I’m going to meet Donald Trump and Elon Musk. We might spend twenty minutes together. One-on-one, Elon Musk and me. And Trump. It’s not a waste. I am very happy to see them. There will be 200 guests, but I will normally spend twenty minutes with them.
A statement that echoes that made at the end of last year, in which he expressed his desire to meet the boss of X (Twitter), Space X or Tesla “Actually, Elon Musk and I are really trying to connect. I send him videos. We send each other videos of businessmen, that’s it. He responds through an intermediary and sends him videos. I hope to meet him one day.”he said.
The claim that Hanouna was personally invited to Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s party has quickly came into question, on the networks. According to some, Hanouna would have simply paid her entry ticket, via the Epoch Presidential Partnership formula put on sale by the Mar-a-Lago Club, which – we hear – costs $100,000 or more.
As our colleagues at Figaro, registration fees are around $700,000. “Today there remain 4 unallocated cards with a price of one million dollars, not including fees.” On X, Internet users did not fail to attack the host and his alleged invitation.

We will never know the end of the story. But Hanouna will go to Florida to – at least – benefit from 10 minutes of speaking time in the Grand Ballroom and a place alongside the world’s biggest fortunes. What will he tell them? We imagine that the host will return to France with great promises of projects.
