Justin Bieber ready to make his comeback: need money or just want music?

After four years away from the charts, Justin Bieber seems ready to return to the forefront. At 30, the Canadian singer would have found the motivation to produce new hits, but rumors suggest that financial worries could also encourage him to do so.

For several years, Justin Bieber had been discreet. His last album, Justice, released in 2021, had met with immense success, driven by the hit “Peaches”. But between his health problems and his desire to concentrate on his personal life, the singer had put his career on hold. A break during which he even became a father, choosing to prioritize his well-being and that of his family.

According to the New York Times, Justin Bieber now intends to seriously get back to work. He has reportedly already recorded new songs, although he remains tight-lipped on the subject for now. But why this sudden return? While some evoke a sincere desire to reconnect with their audience, others point to a more down-to-earth motive: money.

British and American media report that the star is having financial difficulties, despite selling his catalog for $200 million early last year. The singer reportedly spends huge sums every month, including on private jets, luxurious homes and generous donations to churches. According to PageSix, he even had problems getting a credit card recently.

Tax arrears

Justin Bieber reportedly received a tax bill of $350,000 at the end of 2023, linked to his property in the Coachella Valley. This extravagant lifestyle seems to weigh heavily on the star’s finances, despite her colossal income. A relative confided that Justin was “surrounded by people who do not always act in his interests”, which would have amplified his difficulties.

The good news is that Justin Bieber doesn’t plan to let it get him down. Alongside American producer Mk.gee, he is reportedly working on new tracks which could soon see the light of day. For fans, the wait for a new album or tour could be coming to an end. After canceling the last part of his Justice World Tour in 2023 due to his health problems, Justin seems ready to turn the page and write a new chapter in his career.
