The Loudunais business incubator will be delivered in 2026

More than forty people, business leaders, craftsmen, players in the economic life of Loudunais were present at the Entrepreneurs’ Morning on Friday January 10, 2025 at Loudun town hall. The first Morning of the year is traditionally organized by the community of communes of Pays Loudunais (CCPL), in collaboration with the entrepreneurs club. The participants were therefore welcomed by Joël Dazas, president of the CCPL, and Guillaume Mauberger, president of the Entreprendre en Pays Loudunais club.

Joël Dazas recalled the new organization of the CCPL (closed on Fridays) before presenting the projects which will concern the territory in 2025 and strengthen its attractiveness. The Gal (Local Action Group) was commented on by Elisa Moreau, European funds project manager and facilitator of the Gal. The Gal is an assembly which manages European funds and supports project leaders in the two communities of Thouarsais and Loudunais. Another major operation, the business incubator, presented by Évelyne Reniaud, responsible for economic development.

Groundbreaking in March 2025

“We are getting down to business this year for the business incubator”underlined the president who let Évelyne Reniaud present the planning of operations and the first plans proposed by the selected project manager: Poggi Agence d’architecture . Added to this is the renovation of the business reception center. The first sod will take place in March 2025 for delivery in 2026. This hub dedicated to businesses, located on Avenue Ouagadougou, will be located on the land purchased from the Soldive establishments.

A double site with six 150 m cells on one side2 which will allow entrepreneurs to start an activity before setting up. The cost of rent has not yet been determined “but we thought about it in our business plan”specified Joël Dazas. Rents will be progressive and the rental period will be limited to four years, “which leaves the community three to four years to prepare for their exit by offering land so that they can stay in Loudun”.

The hub will also have offices for rent and common spaces, such as relaxation areas or meeting rooms, including one for 80 people which will accommodate community councils and can be used by businesses.

The Entreprendre en Pays Loudunais club is open to all artisanal, commercial or service businesses, whatever their size, with their head office or a branch in the Pays Loudunais. Entrepreneur Mornings take place on the first Friday of each month at 8 a.m. They are open to all business leaders (members and non-members). Website: entreprisesnpaysloudunais.fr
