Over the course of the investigative acts, the sprawling legal file of the “barbouzeries” around Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) brings to light intriguing elements, linked to the Rachida Dati-Carlos Ghosn affair. Indicted for “corruption”, the Franco-Algerian lobbyist Tayeb Benabderrahmane is notably suspected of having asked, in 2019, his friend Malik Nait-Liman, a former anti-terrorist police officer and former PSG employee, also indicted , to obtain information on Danièle Coutaz-Repland, a minority shareholder of Renault (died in 2024), and her lawyer, Jean-Paul Baduel, who had just filed a complaint for “corruption” and “abuse of corporate assets”, with the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF) against Mme Dati and the former CEO of Renault-Nissan, Carlos Ghosn.

As Mediapart et Liberation have already told it, Mr. Nait-Liman confirmed to investigators that he had requested, at the request of Mr. Benabderrahmane, on June 6, 2019, his teenage friend and wedding witness, Nicolas (the first name has been changed), a former auxiliary police officer and employee of Air France, in order to research M’s plane journeysme Coutaz-Repland et Me Baduel.
