To guarantee the authenticity of contracts, the DGSN provides notaries with a new electronic platform

A new electronic platform allowing notaries (adoul) to access data from the national identity card (CNI) was officially launched on Wednesday January 8 in Rabat. This system intends to guarantee the authenticity of contracts and to secure the various legal transactions.

The Regional Council of Notaries of Rabat organized, on this occasion, a training session for the benefit of adoulin collaboration with representatives of the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN). The latter presented the operation of an electronic device dedicated to reading the data contained on the national identity card.

This mechanism, made available by the DGSN within the framework of an agreement signed with the National Adoul Authority, allows electronic consultation of contractor identification data. This initiative marks a significant step forward in the integration of digital technologies in the service of legal and notarial documentation, it was indicated.

The objective of this agreement is to improve the quality of services offered by notaries, while exploiting electronic technologies linked to the national biometric identity card.
