All new Audis expected in 2025

After remaining fallow for a long time, without anything new, the Audi catalog has changed gear and will be renewed at high speed. In 2024, the core Audi A5 range (replacing the A4) is new as is the Audi A6 e -tron and its SUV counterpart Audi Q6 e-tron.

In 2025, the third generation Audi Q3 is expected, just like the A7 (replacement of the A6) and the Q5 Mk3 duo and the second version of the Q5 Sportback will arrive in dealerships.

The third generation of the Audi Q3 SUV will appear in 2025. It will unsurprisingly benefit from the MQB Evo technical platform of the new Volkswagen Tiguan and the Cupra Terramar with which it will share the Gyor factory in Hungary. Industrial site which formerly assembled the Audi TT coupe.

A chassis that will open the doors to hybridization, whether micro or rechargeable with in this case two possibilities, a 204 hp variant and a second of 272 hp to cover the market as widely as possible.

The style of the new Audi Q3 will take up the two-story layout which is now popular in the range, whether it is an electrified thermal model or a 100% electric model. The new Audi Q3 was discovered by our scoop hunters almost without any camouflage.

As with the Audi A4, which recently became the Audi A5, the same logic will operate on the upper floor. The Audi A6 thermal sedan will be replaced by the Audi A7. Because the “6” is now taken, it now names the electric sedan Audi A6 e-tron. The Audi A7 range will take place in place of the three silhouettes of the current Audi A6, the C8 type launched in 2018.

Namely, the sedan, the station wagon which will be called Audi A7 avant and the chic adventurer version Audi A7 allroad quattro. The first prototypes of the latter have already been unearthed by our scoop hunters on a cold mission in the far north.

On September 2, Audi unveiled the third generation of its Q5 SUV. It will arrive in dealerships in the spring of 2025. The one that will remain the rival of the BMW just inaugurated by the Audi A5. In fact, this is the MLB base, the one dedicated to thermal vehicles installing their engines lengthwise.

The range of the new Audi Q5 will be based around four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines, each delivering a power of 204 hp. While at the top of the range the SQ5 variant remains relevant with the difference that it is no longer diesel but gasoline in the form of a 3.0 TFSI V6 with 367 hp. Each of the engines is micro-hybridized. After this first salvo, covering most of the market's needs, the plug-in hybrid variants will come as reinforcements.

Barely a month ago, the coupe variant of the Audi Q5 SUV appeared. Called Audi Q5 Sportback, it complements the Audi Q5 that we tell you about above and targets the BMW X4 and Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupé.

A more dynamic silhouette that has its fans. With this in mind, the designers of the brand with the rings have taken care of the profile more than for the first version – which appeared during the restyling of the Q5 Mk 2 – which was in some way wiping away the plaster at the time.
