In tourism news, Pascale and Stéphane Pigot and their son opened this year, in Bérat, in July, Dolce & Cabane. Luxury wooden “huts”, perched high in the forest, for total immersion, surrounded by birdsong. For Jean-Louis Rovira, DPLG architect, the challenge was great to create a luxury hotel in a forest with brambles, without touching a single tree, Pascale was absolutely determined to do so.
After a year of study, the project came to fruition with the construction of four cabins of 45 to 50 m², more than 5 meters high, with an area with terraces and annexes of 100 m2, built with different woods. : Canadian shingle, Douglas fir, but also black locust (acacia, local tree). Building on the very positive initial feedback from customers, Pascale does not hide her enthusiasm: “We are delighted with this project, we did not expect such enthusiasm and such pleasure. Families have already booked until August. The Christmas decoration is up!”
In terms of the concept, everything is done to let go, gently, for lovers looking for a luxurious cocoon or for a magical experience in nature facing magnificent sunsets in the trees, or moments of pure romance and relaxation. The services and the welcome are glamorous: from the reception, with a cart accompaniment, a bed strewn with rose petals, a jacuzzi on the terrace and breakfast in a basket pulled by a rope…. These four cabins are unique creations, with wooden furniture from Pascale's imagination. In the countryside, 35 minutes from Toulouse, let yourself be carried away on a journey creating unforgettable memories, in harmony with nature. Four charging stations are provided for all electric cars. This peaceful green setting is located in Bérat (31370), 425 Chemin des Vignes.
