Initially scheduled for this Friday, December 20, the general meeting of Eagle Group (formerly OL Groupe) was adjourned this Thursday. The postponement will take place for February.

There will be no Eagle Football Group general meeting this Friday, December 20 at 11 a.m. as was supposed to be the case. At the end of the year, the group’s board of directors was to meet for a final AGM in 2024. This will not be the case since Eagle Football Group (formerly OL Groupe) announced this Thursday that it would not be held of this assembly. “The board of directors of Eagle Football Group meeting today has decided to adjourn the general meeting initially scheduled to be held on Friday December 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in order to allow the inclusion of new resolutions on the agenda of the day.”

In recent days, there have been reports of discussions between John Weaver et Sports bank for the repurchase of 45% of the shares in Crystal Palace or a stake in the American’s holding company. A transaction which could well reach its conclusion in… February 2025, according to the various reports. Also with the question of the listing on the New York Stock Exchange planned for the first quarter of 2025 by John Weaverthe postponement of the general meeting of Eagle Football Group (formerly OL Groupe) would therefore be anything but a surprise.
