The My Way real estate program, the latest project led by the Linkcity subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, once again has a showcase on Main Street in the heart of Casablanca Finance City, following the success of its previous operation BO 52 located in the same district.
Indeed, the mixed-use housing and office real estate program has been equipped with a show apartment crossing on three facades, with a surface area of 96 m2 of living space and 64 m2 of terrace. Nestled on the second floor of one of the two buildings of the residential component, it has a living room and two bedrooms, entirely furnished by the interior designers in a spirit marked by the codes of contemporary architecture, simple and distinguished as the group specifies.
Younes Abdeljalil, Managing Director of Linkcity, explains that “we launched this show apartment to help customers better imagine their future apartment. Our approach is an important step in the customer journey, and complements the sales tools: brochures, 3D models and materials library within the sales office. Beyond its commercial aspect, it allows us to technically test the product and refine the rendering of services in response to our high level of requirement.”
Finally, Linkcity emphasizes that the My Way real estate program is keeping all its promises in terms of construction deadlines, in particular with the completion of structural work in July 2024, and delivery to buyers scheduled for June 2025.
