Proximus will increase the prices of several of its services on January 1, 2025, the telecom operator announced on Monday.
This is a response to inflation and rising costs, explains Proximus, whose employees saw their salaries indexed twice in 2024. The operator is also investing significant amounts in its networks.
The prices of Flex packs, which combine different telecoms services (internet, mobile telephony and/or television), will be 3 euros more expensive each month. The internet subscription will cost around 2 euros more, as will the Pickx Sports offer.
The increase in prices will be less for mobile subscriptions, only the price for calling and surfing outside Europe (Daily Roaming pass) will increase by 1.54 euros.
While the fourth operator on the market, the Romanian DIGI in collaboration with Citymesh, has fallen behind schedule and has yet to launch its commercial offer, Proximus does not currently plan to change the prices of its Scarlet and Mobile Vikings brands.
