The LDC group made the announcement in May 2024. With the acquisition of Pierre Martinet, LDC achieves a big blow. The Pierre Martinet group, created in 1968, employs more than 700 people. It includes the brands La Belle Henriette (seafood salads) and Maison Randy (charcuterie products and savory pastries), with a turnover of nearly 230 million euros in 2023.
