AGF Investments Announces Revised Final Distribution for Emerging Markets Equity ETF – AGF Systematic Approach

TORONTO, May 24, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AGF Investments Inc. (“AGF Investments”) today announced the revised final distribution amount for the AGF Emerging Markets Equity – Systematic Approach ETF (ticker: QEM) (the “ETF”).

This distribution amount represents an update, compared to the amount mentioned in the announcement previously publishedMay 16, 2024.

Unitholders of record on May 24, 2024 will receive the nominal distribution for the applicable ETF, payable on May 24, 2024.

The final distribution will not be paid in cash, but rather reinvested as a nominal distribution and reported as taxable gain. Nominal distributions are produced when the shares associated with the reinvested distributions are immediately consolidated with the shares that were held before the distribution. The number of shares held after the distribution is thus identical to the number of shares held before. The Unitholder’s adjusted cost base of the applicable ETF may increase.
