Position Summary

Nestlé Senegal is currently seeking a Coordinator for the position of Sales Business Excellence Coordinator to lead and manage the implementation of Nestlé distributor management tools to accelerate information and data to support the sales operation.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom training for van salespeople and distributor operations managers on developing route plans and using the handheld terminal.
- If go-live, ensure data preparation and system configuration for master customer list, route plans, SKU codes, warehouse inventory and sales vehicles are implemented updated for each distributor before the system is put into service.
- Assumes assigned responsibilities in accordance with the deployment schedule and contributes to the maintenance of the dispenser after commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with all company principles and policies, including NLF, TS, Nestlé/local trade policy, local trading conditions, safety and local regulations.
- Train Nestlé field sales force and distributors on common data language and classification criteria to ensure consistency and uniformity.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the handheld terminal and assist the field team in resolving any technical issues.
What will make you successful?
- More than 1 year of experience in commercial operations, preferably in sales and marketing, with proven results in performance indicators.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Can work under pressure
- Proactive
