Aminex PLC – oil and gas investments in Tanzania – Acquisition of land necessary for the construction of the Ntorya-Madimba oil pipeline. The Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation is firmly committed to producing first gas at Ntorya by mid-2025. TPDC is building the pipeline and plans to call for construction tenders in July. President Charles Santo says: “We greatly appreciate the TPDC’s update on the pipeline, the construction of which is a critical step in bringing Ntorya gas to the people of Tanzania. We would like to highlight the professionalism and commitment of the TPDC as well as the importance that the Tanzanian government attaches to the completion of the gas pipeline as soon as possible. This commitment is anchored in the importance of Ntorya in helping to reduce energy poverty and improve energy security for the people of Tanzania. Although this construction is beyond our control, we will endeavor to keep shareholders informed of the information we receive from TPDC as the work progresses.

Current share price: 1.40 pence, up 3.7%.
