The captain of a plane on a flight connecting Al Massira International Airport in Agadir to Airport in was forced to land at Malaga Airport in Spain, due to the chaos of ‘a passenger.

Sources reported that the crew of the EasyJet plane was forced to divert the plane to Malaga airport, Spain, due to hostile behavior from one of the passengers, which caused chaos at edge.

The same sources explained that the passenger in question was extremely drunk during the flight and smoked a cigarette on board the plane, despite the strict ban on smoking on board planes.

This and the passenger did not follow the crew’s instructions, leading them to make the decision to make an emergency landing.

The same sources add that the security authorities at Malaga airport were immediately informed and a special reception was prepared to ensure control of the situation. Immediately after the plane landed, security forces intervened and arrested the annoying passenger.

Air traffic controllers said in statements on social media that all measures were being taken to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.

They also praised the close coordination between the different parties involved, from the crew to the control tower and the security forces, to ensure rapid management of this emergency situation.

The plane arrived at Lyon airport about three hours late, because the plane was able to leave Malaga airport towards Lyon, but it arrived on the runway at Saint-Exupéry airport shortly before eight in the evening, after having been supposed to arrive at five.
