Big mishap for the hundred passengers of the TGV linking Lyon to Paris, this Sunday April 28, 2024. They remained stranded for seven hours, near Neuville-sur-Saône (Rhône), indicates BFM Lyon .
Tickets will be refunded
An engine problem was, according to the SNCF, the cause of this incident. Some of the passengers interviewed by the media denounced the company’s behavior, saying they had nothing to eat or drink.
The train, which was due to arrive in Paris at 9:30 a.m., was finally able to leave at the beginning of the afternoon. The SNCF promised to fully refund the tickets.
