LThe jury of the Venice Film Festival unveiled its prizewinners this Saturday, September 7. The Spaniard Pedro Almodovar received the Golden Lion for best film for The room next door. Frenchman Vincent Lindon was named best actor in the film. Play with fire.
For its 81st edition, the oldest film festival in the world was full of Hollywood stars, but some of the most anticipated films left empty-handed, including Joker: Madness for two, with Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix, or Maria, the biopic about Callas with Angelina Jolie.
