The library for all is participating in “Reading Night” on January 25 from 3 p.m. by offering the discovery of 22 new works which will be commented on by the association's nine librarians.
The books are all new releases that they present because they liked them and represent 30% of detectives and the rest of novels. For 5 minutes, the librarian will reveal the theme of the book and say why he liked it.
This reading night is open to everyone, including the public who are not members of the association. It is located at 19, boulevard Émile-Pourieux, and has 80 members. It provides its members with around 3,000 books, regularly renewed by the purchase of 40 new items each quarter.
Membership is €17 per year for a couple and allows the borrowing of any book for €1.20, loans are free for children. Old books in good condition are collected by the association and resold for €2 to contribute to its financing. Open Tuesday from 3:3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Sunday from 10:3 a.m. to 12 p.m.
