Regarding the plot, the details still remain mysterious. According to Entertainment Weekly, the story takes place five years after “Dominion.” Dinosaurs are on the verge of extinction, with the planet becoming inhospitable to them, with the exception of a few tropical areas. Three of these surviving dinosaurs have genetic material that could be used by a pharmaceutical company to develop a life-saving drug. “Obviously everything is going to go wrong and becomes a situation that you enjoy as a Jurassic fan”said director Gareth Edwards.
