Zoé and Cyril are both in love with Aubrac, their first point in common but not the only one. Artists recognized each in their field, one in cooking, the other in decoration and staging. A pinch of one, a pinch of the other, the mixture is harmonious and the result can be tasted in the work Aubrac, landscape kitchen. « Creating a recipe book has been on my mind for several years. I wanted to explain my menu but it's difficult to do alone and I didn't want to do something classic. » Cyril Attrazic knows how to surround himself well, his second gave him a idea that is well put together! The magic ingredient: Zoé de Las Cases and her originality. This Parisian, but Lozerian at heart, spent her holidays (and her confinement) on the family land not far from the Château de la Baume. A specialist in the art of living, she frequently publishes works on decoration, cooking, but also art therapy with coloring or stickers. “ I love his books, they are beautiful, I often have several of them together. Zoé has an artistic approach that I appreciate and a sensitivity that is reflected in her work. », blurts the chef. Reciprocal fans, Zoé admires: “the fact that he is inspired by the landscape, by nature in his cuisine.»

Let's return to the birth of this beautiful book, weighing more than a kilo (or 255 pages), which is inspired by their two worlds. Crossed perspectives which describe an Aubrac full of charm and wealth. Of course, there are recipes, written by hand, but the desire is “not to be laborious. It’s more about skill with our cooking words, our vocabulary.”

The language of the cook evokes the depth of tastes, complex aromas or smooth textures. To remember how beautiful it is and how lucky we are ».
