“The talent case”: Patufet returns

This early December, in all the departments of the department’s bookstores, the promotion of the second volume of the adventures of Patufet begins: it is The talent casebringing new stories and new characters. Alexandre Villepontoux, known under the pseudonym Pontou, is a talented comic book author living in Villeneuve-de-la-Raho. In addition to his passion for Catalan culture, he has a rich family history, his great-grandfather having been director of the cooperative cellar in the town. Pontou uses his talent to transform the traditions and anecdotes of Catalonia into visual stories filled with humor and charm, captivating readers on every page.

Patufet’s first volume was a huge success, charming the public with its short and humorous stories in three panels. The endearing character of Patufet, representing the Catalan spirit, managed to seduce thanks to comic situations and cultural references.
