We can't stop it anymore! After A breakher first collection of quotes and aphorisms released at the beginning of the year, Laetitia Lebeau Mirande-Ney, alias Mrs Letty, publishes her second book : Fortified.

Positive thinking

Aged 33, this resident of Champagne-sur-Oise (Val-d'Oise) and applied arts teacher in a vocational high school found a new passion in writing, more precisely in encouraging thoughts and well-being.

“There is a power that we do not suspect in words of encouragement,” explains the author. This allows you to face difficulties. I'm always into positive thinking, especially at this time of year. »

Getting off to a good start

This second work is in line with the first. In A breakpositive thoughts offered the reader a moment of respite. With Fortifiedthe author allows her to start off on the right foot.

“It’s a work in which the reader can interpret every thought,” adds Mrs Letty. Here again, I always leave blank lines so that the reader can write and express themselves. I have been practicing meditative writing for ten years. It has many benefits and helps to refocus. »

accomplished artist

The teacher is also an artist. As for A breakshe created the illustration for the first page of Fortified.

“I also went through problems and I will explain my story, my journey,” promises the person concerned. I chose co-writing because I also wanted to emphasize the importance of being well surrounded. »

The release of this next book is scheduled for 2025.
