“49 little stories from Prehistory”, an accessible book to understand our origins

This popular science work was written by Lucas Pacotte and Clothilde Chamussy, trained archaeologists and hosts of the Passé Sauvage YouTube channel. It notably evokes wonders of our region such as the Chauvet cave.

The settlement of America, Lucy the Australopithecus, the disappearance of Neanderthals, the invention of ceramics and even the domestication of dogs, these are some of the 49 subjects covered in the new work by Lucas Pacotte and Clothilde Chamussy. With 3 to 4 pages to present each theme, the authors present the scientific facts, the major hypotheses and the questions.
