Called “Instants Gourmands en Baies de et d’Authie”, this recipe book was self-published by Jackie Masse, the chef of the restaurant La Terrasse in Fort-Mahon, and the designer from Boulogne, Bruno Ghys. The chef imagined the recipes, and Bruno Ghys illustrated them.
