and a nice walk at the Louvre Museum

Why not take advantage of the school holidays for a little walk to the Louvre Museum with the help of three . And there will be something for all ages!

With an illustrated album: Cléo and Apo, mice at the museum by Éric Lathière and Bastien Quignon, published by Didier Jeunesse, we visit the galleries of the Museum at the height of two really cute little mice, who for once get along well with a cat, Miro, to whom they describe and comment on paintings and sculptures.

It must be said that the cat, who has lost the use of his sight, is interested in art, and above all he loves hearing them bicker among themselves. And that’s one of the lovely messages of this album, everyone feels their own emotions in front of works of art, and there’s nothing better than sharing them!

Ingrid Pohu is a journalist, we find her on the air on Franceinfo every Saturday with the column It’s my weekend. This time she takes us by the hand with her merry band of Little trottersaged 7 to 13, to visit the most beautiful monuments of the capital.

Very nicely sketched by Sébastien Mourrain, these monuments are explored by these real budding journalists. Eiffel Tower, BNF, Cité des sciences et de l’industrie, passing by the Louvre museum, for a major interview in the Sully Wing with a specialist, archaeologist Daniel Soulié, to talk about Egyptian antiquities and reveal some secrets .

Little trotters, cultural guide was published by Magellan et Compagnie.

A magnificent book! Parade at the Louvre was published by Seghers, in association with the Museum. Sophie Fontanel specifies in the preface, it was at the request of the Museum and with her keen eye as a fashion critic, that she wandered through the different galleries of the Louvre.

She meticulously scrutinized the clothing and accessories of bas-reliefs, sculptures or paintings that inspired her expert eyes. We discover, or rediscover, works of art, in the light of his comments, brilliantly combining art history and “backstage” anecdotes.
