Second-hand book fair in Flaxlanden | m2A le mag

This year, the association of friends of the Flaxlanden municipal library has split its book fair into two parts. The first, on 5, 6 and 7 April 2024, was exclusively devoted to fiction (8,500 novels and comics). The second takes place on 11, 12 and 13 October 2024 and presents more than 15,000 works under around thirty other categories. The most richly endowed are children’s albums and documentaries (1,800 titles), Fine Arts (1,300), History (especially from the 20^e century: 1,200), comics (1,000), philosophy, well-being, religions and cooking (each section around 900 titles). A good thousand vinyl records, CDs and DVDs are also offered for sale.

As with the 10 previous book fairs organized by the association since its creation in 2012, the proceeds are intended for the proper functioning of the municipal library, which is run by a completely voluntary team.

• Friday, October 11, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 October 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
