The Bibliothèque de Québec has unveiled the ranking of the books most borrowed by subscribers in 2024. In addition to novels, we also find comics, video games and documentaries, among others.
If you are still looking for a gift for Christmas, this ranking of the most borrowed books in our libraries should give you some ideas or inspire your next readings.
Novels and children’s novels
May our joy remain by Kevin Lambert comes in first position, followed by Quimmick by Michel Jean and The summer before by Lisa Gardner. Afterwards, A world of curiosities by Louise Penny takes fourth place, finishing with What I know about you by Eric Chacour.
As for children’s novels, Magali Laurent stands out with The game that wanted my skin. Author JK Rowling occupies second position with Tales of Beedle the Bard.
