The Espaces du Fort Carré will open their doors, from November 28 to December 1, 2024, for the 23rd edition of Solidar’livres.
SOLIDAR’Books – The Culture Loisirs Antibes association (ACLA) is renewing its solidarity event which has become a highly anticipated event for readers on the Côte d’Azur. Solidar’livres invites you to do a “good deed” by purchasing works donated to the ACLA by other readers. Everyone will be able to find literature, art books, documentaries, comics, etc. in good condition at low prices for themselves and their loved ones, which will make wonderful solidarity Christmas gifts. The funds raised will be used to purchase food for Secours Populaire and the Restaurants du Cœur.
It’s time to sort through your shelves, bring in the books (in good condition) that you don’t want to keep and replace them with new works that you haven’t read yet. Last year, about 10,000 books were sold.
