Comfort. This is the title of this new opus, which leaves very little doubt as to the content of the work. In this new collection, Ottolenghiaccompanied by the chefs Helen Goh, Verena Lochmuller et Tara Wigleyimagined over 100 new dishes to celebrate cooking and intimacy.
Recipes at a time familiar and unpublishednostalgic and modern. By taking all the classics of la comfort food in his own way, the cook takes us on a familiar path, to the destination however surprising. So, a simple pasta dish is transformed here thanks to caramelized onionsroasted hazelnuts and fried sage leaves.
