This could be a gift idea for Christmas. The northerner Maïté Defives, known on social networks under the pseudonym “MademoiselleLit” took up her pen to list her 100 favorites of contemporary literature. His work was published by Jouvence at the beginning of November.
Maïté Defives, known on social networks under the pseudonym “MademoiselleLit” regularly shares her reading advice on Instagram, Youtube and TikTok. The northern literary influence decided to publish a book at the beginning of November, a sort of guide for readers lacking inspiration or for novices in contemporary literature: “100 life-changing Books” published by Jouvence.
The northerner advises in particular “Mr. Ibrahim and the flowers of the Koran” by Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt, who gave him a taste for reading, “My wish list” by Grégoire Delacourt, a book that makes you want to play the lottery or even a book that makes you want to go to the museum: “The Guardian of Tehran” by Stephanie Perez.
Maïté Defives is being signed this Sunday, November 23 at the book fair in Mons, Belgium. She will also be present at a signing at the V2 shopping center on Wednesday, December 11.
