The Vensys group celebrates its industrial and family heritage through an illustrated work entitled History of the Vensys group (1891-2023): 130 years of an industrial and family adventure. Vensys Group, a company with 130 years of history, has established itself as a pillar of industrial innovation in Vendée.
This story begins in the Copechagnière forges, where Hyacinthe Audureau invented the Grasla pulverizer in 1925. Over the decades, the Audureau family developed machines adapted to customer needs, notably with the Polycrok in 1976.
In the 1970s, Jacques Audureau transformed Serta into a European leader in the production of hydraulic cylinders. In 1980, he launched Hydrokit in Poiré-sur-Vie, specializing in hydraulic kits, which would become a successful subsidiary.

Today, Sophie Renner, daughter of Jacques, manages Vensys, which offers electro-hydraulic and electro-mechanical solutions, while committing to responsible decarbonization.
The book will be unveiled during the Tech'Elevage exhibition, from November 19 to 21, 2024, in La Roche-sur-Yon. “This show recalls our father’s commitment to innovation and transmission,” emphasizes Annabel Audureau.
A round table on business transfer will be held on November 21, bringing together Sophie Renner and other key speakers, to discuss the issues of transfer in the agricultural sector.
Proceeds from sales of the book will be donated to the Jacques Audureau Foundation, which promotes access to education and training, thus perpetuating the founder's legacy.
