The world of Atelier Vime, a house dedicated to wicker weaving, unfolds in a beautiful book signed Marie Godfrain. The journalist and author retraces the history of basketry and takes an inspiring dive into the art of living of the two founders Benoît Rauzy and Anthony Watson, whose business is based in a charming village in Provence.

In Vallabrègues, in Provence, a private mansion houses a company from another time. In this historic building, Benoît Rauzy and Anthony Watson launched Atelier Vime in 2015. This label reawakens the art of basketry in a contemporary expression. A disappearing craft which the duo is working to bring up to date by offering a sensitive repertoire of furniture and objects for the home.
