France Inter will meet you on Saturday November 9 at 11 a.m. at the Théâtre de Brive for the recording of a special literature program:
► The mask and the feather par Rebecca Manzoni with Patricia Martin, Elisabeth Philippe, Jean-Marc Proust et Arnaud Viviant. They will share their subjectivity by reviewing the latest artistic and cultural productions (broadcast Sunday November 10 at 10 a.m. and 8:10 p.m.):

Under the presidency of Jérôme Garcin and in the presence of two great guests, Rebecca Dautremer for youth and Emmanuel Lepage for comics, this 42nd edition of The Brive book fair will look this year at the question which has become central toRule of law. Five highlights, spread over the three days of the event, will shed light on a subject that concerns us all around historians, jurists and writers.
Inaugurated in 2022, the welcome of major guests highlights children’s literature and comics which each year take an increasingly important place in the programming of the Brive Book Fair.
Rebecca Dautremer et Emmanuel Lepage will take part in the development of a program which aims to bring together and create dialogue between literary genres, and will also participate in the influence of the event.
Jérôme Garcin hosted the cult France Inter show for 35 years (1989 – 2024), The Mask and the Feathertaken over in January 2024 by Rebecca Manzoni. This year he is chairing the Brive Book Fair and invites around ten guests as part of his program which he has imagined as very literary, but also very steeped in literary criticism.
In addition to a major interview during which he will look back on his career as a writer and journalist, Jérôme Garcin wanted to program:

This edition of the event will bring together a number of authors noted for the 2024 literary season and selected for the major Autumn Literary Prizes: Gaël Faye, Miguel Bonnefoy, Sandrine Collette, Kamel Daoud, Thibault de Montaigu, Maylis de Kerangal, Philippe Jaenada, Étienne Kern, Emmanuelle Lambert, Alice Zeniter, Carole Martinez, Olivier Norek, Jean-Noël Orengo…

In children’s literature, the field will also be very strong, including this year: Manon Fargetton, Alex Vizorek, Antoon Krings, Susie Morgenstern or Gael Aymon.
