The town is preparing to experience a strong cultural moment next weekend: the 24e edition of the Fair for Books, musical records and board games. Organized by the Arts, Culture and Leisure Association (AACL) with the support of the municipality, this annual event is being held this Sunday, November 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Espace de la Vallée (the Joseph-Pessard room still under construction). Over the years, this event has become an unmissable event for lovers of culture in all its forms.
The 2024 edition will welcome several local writers, who will meet the public to present, sell and sign their works. Among them, we will find Isabelle-Jo Inzani; Marie Le Vaillant; Béatrice Nourry and Jean-François Caraës. The History and Heritage Association in the Anjou Valley (HPVA) will also be present, bringing a historical touch to the event.
Visitors will not only be able to enrich their libraries and toy libraries, but also contribute to a good cause: a cake sale to benefit the Telethon will be organized on site, thus combining cultural pleasure and charitable action.
This fair, which grows in popularity every year, promises a day rich in literary, musical and fun discoveries for young and old.
