A first book for the pastry chefs of Jardin Sucré

In this first work, pastry chefs Mélanie and Arnaud Mathez, founders of Jardin Sucré, invite us on a walk through the seasons.

Those who became known for their macarons – they have also won the title of Champions of in the discipline – are now at the head of three shops in Île-de-France, in Cernay-la-Ville, Dampierre- en- and the Parisienne in the 17th centurye district of the capital. They offer refined desserts, with flavors that are alternately creative or reassuring, but always delicious. Precisely what we find in their first book, a collection of iconic house recipes like pistachio-orange blossom tart or more family-friendly ones like Carrot Cake.

It is the author and chef’s agent Hélène Luzin who signs the texts, alongside the photographer Guillaume Czerw for the images and Sophie Dupuis-Gaulier for the styling.
