Thierry Gilhodez, has just published his 9th work entitled A green in the fruit published by Numéro 7. After two years of writing, he renews the experience of an essay and continues his reflection on politics.
“The urgency is to reconcile people with politics. It is the best way to organize society. It should be a Source of exchanges, empathy, sharing. In reality it is only made up of confrontations, compromises, complicity, no one can find their way into this quagmire and many are now unaware of the way to the polls.he explains.
For the author, ecology, his hobby horse for many years, must be at the heart of any political debate.
He speaks with his reader, calls him to witness, sometimes pushes him to his limits in his very particular style which is a little disturbing, but always challenges and touches. A book that alerts you to the major issues in our society: racism, social justice, art and culture.
“Politicians should speak about everything with moderation, say what they think, what they feel, what they demand with sincerity without hypocrisy or bad faith, otherwise there will be no reconciliation possible,” specifies the author.
A committed but serene man and aware that the fight he is waging will still be long, strewn with pitfalls but not utopian. In his introduction he quotes Bertold Brecht: “He who fights may lose, but he who does not fight has already lost.”
