In our Wednesday editions, we mentioned this incident that took place last Friday in the “Jardins Familiaux” of Décines-Charpieu (Rhône department, east of Lyon). For nearly a month and a half, this thirty-five-year-old man had been shopping, without paying, in the vegetable gardens of members who found it bad.
He had been surprised in the middle of the night by four of them while he was shopping. The municipal police had taken him to the police station and he had been taken into custody. A little later in the night, the national police of Villeurbanne discovered that he was wanted by the Belgian justice system for serious offences: the murder of a woman and a robbery with violence.
