While the referrals have been divided by two since 2012, in connection with the conventional rupture, the industrial tribunal faces new difficulties, linked to the lack of workforce in the court registry.
The satisfaction was short -lived in 2024, leading to the closure of the industrial tribunal and the cancellation of hearings. These major cyclical difficulties impact the response deadlines for this court which is seized to settle the individual conflicts between employer and employee linked to the private law employment contract.
The delay was increased from 13.7 months in 2023 to 17 months in 2024.
In 2024, 123 cases were treated against 135 in 2023, 23 were in deliberation at the end of December and 71 decisions remain to be issued.
