A Final Four in 2026 in the DRC?
But this Champions Trophy has not finished surprising because for his part, the president of the LFP Vincent Labrune, is not letting go of an idea that he has had in mind for a while. Last May, we already learned that one of Labrune's wishes was to organize the competition as a Final Four like the Spanish Super Cup, with semi-finals and a final. A file shelved until now, except that Le Parisien affirms in today's edition that Labrune has not let go of the file, hoping to organize it from 2026 and possibly on the side of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
