The capacity of a small boat Monday morning in the ocean off San Diego killed three people, made four injured and nine others are missing.
According to initial information from the San Diego Sheriff department, the authorities were called upon to intervene at 6:30 am Monday concerning the capacity of a small fishing boat (Panga type), near Torrey Pines State Beach.
The American Coast Guard said that it was looking for nine who disappeared in the water using helicopters and a rescue boat, about 24 km north of downtown San Diego.
It was hikers and other people who walked near Torrey Pines State Beach who reportedly reported a stranded boat, confirmed the lieutenant of the San Diego Sheriff department in CNN, Nick Backouris.
