Organized each year since 2006, the 3×3 on grass tournament is growing success. For this 19e edition, which took place this Thursday 1is May 2025 on the Metropolitan Sports Complex of the Windleries, in Joué-lès-Tours, 63 teams (18 women and 45 male), or 190 players of the leisure level at national level 2 from all over the region and beyond, were present. Each team has played between 8 and 11 games on the 21 land installed for the occasion on field n ° 2 of the complex. Faced with the craze, the organizers even had to refuse several registrations, having reached the maximum reception capacity in good conditions.
This sporting, festive and friendly day would not have been possible without the mobilization of the 15 volumes of the Volley-Ball play (JVB), present from start to finish to ensure the reception, organization and coordination of matches, as well as the management of the refreshment bar and the catering, which met with great success. The male and female finals have closed the event in style. The club was also able to count on logistical support The city of Joué-lès-Tours and the provision of installations, as well as the service of green spaces with a quality lawn and tracks of the land (7 mx 14 m). “Throughout the day, we received an impressive number of thanks and congratulations from the players and the players, affected by the quality of the organization and the atmosphere of the tournament”underlines Élodie Daumain, vice-president of the JVB.
