In 1998 he was sentenced to 17 years in prison. He competed in November 2000 and then remained kept. It continues to be divorced from life in a prison cell in the Pöschwies correctional facility with the help of a death organization. This confirms the directorate of the judiciary and the interior. Apparently he died on April 16 of this year.
Osterwalder had sexually exploited a baby and a toddler in 1991 and 1992 and filmed the deeds. The two children had entrusted friends to him. In 1992 he also had sexual actions with a 12-year boy.
Later he asked, among other things, a new report. In December 2017, the Federal Supreme Court rejected this application and decided that Osterwalder will continue to be kept.
In addition to his efforts to be released from the custody or gaining relief, the former computer scientist repeatedly made headlines for years: in spring 2013, when he stepped into a hunger strike. The reason? He was not allowed to live with a fellow inmate in which he had fallen in love.
