The Minister of Health and Social Protection, Amin al -Tahrawi, confirmed today, Wednesday, in Rabat, that the creation of the regional platforms of stock and initial precautions will contribute to enhancing the ability of the health system to intervene rapidly in emergency situations, in implementation of the royal royal instructions.
In a statement to the press, on the occasion of the supervision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, today, Wednesday, the Amer (Salé workers) group is to give the start of the work of the inventory platform and the initial precautions of the Rabat-Salé-Quneitra, that these platforms will be provided with advanced medical and health equipment, which will enable urgent intervention in a short time, and immediately ensure the affected population according to the degree of danger Their condition, while ensuring the continuity of providing basic health services during the early hours of a possible disaster.
Al -Tahrawi pointed out that these regional platforms will also include integrated equipment that include mobile medical units at the level of each side, as well as advanced medical centers, as well as providing medicines and supplies necessary for the diagnostic and hospitalization.
The comprehensive program for creating the regional platforms of the stock and initial needs will also be able to have strategic stocks that allow the response of three times the needs that were met after the Hawz earthquake, as well as the development of a national system to produce the equipment and materials needed for immediate release of relief operations in the event of disasters.
These regional platforms, whose sites were chosen according to safety standards, were designed on the basis of an in -depth analysis of the needs of each side of the Kingdom, taking into account the risks involved, supported by a study of best international practices and standards in this field.
