Ramzan Kadyrov, 48, is one of the faithful allies of Vladimir Putin. Since the start of the invasion in Ukraine, he has displayed unfailing support to the boss of the Kremlin and has even several thousand soldiers to fight for the Russian cause. His departure would certainly not call into question the involvement of Chechnya, under Russian administration. But it would have a symbolic significance.
