The two countries get closer a little more.
After men, a bridge.
This Wednesday, the Russia and the North Korea launched the construction of a road bridge connecting the two countries for a double ceremony which took place on both sides of the border, in Khassan and Rason.
A 4.7 -kilometer long road bridge that will span the Tumen river and cross the border between the two countries. The work should last 18 months “And a border post will be installed nearby to facilitate passages”.
“A new dynamic”
“The construction of the road bridge is an important opportunity to add a new dynamic to the development of friendly relations between the two countries”writes the North Korean state media KCNA.
-“A road to friendship”according to the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Iouri Troutnev which is added to a railway and already existing aerial links.

The participation of North Korean troops in the invasion of Ukraine was formalized by the two countries. This bridge is part of the consolidation of links between Moscow and Pyongyang.
