Northern Star Resources Limited is a gold producer based in Australia. Its main activities include the development, mining and treatment of gold deposits, refined gold sales from Yandal and Kalgoorlie farms in Western Australia and Pogo farms in Alaska, as well as the exploration of gold deposits in Western Australia, in the North and Alaska territory. Its activity sectors are as follows: KCGM, Kalgoorlie Operations, Carosue Dam, Pogo, Jundee, Thunderbox and Exploration. Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines (KCGM) operations are located next to the city of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, about 600 kilometers (km) east of Perth, Western Australia. KCGM operations include the open -air mine of Fimiston (super pit), the underground mine of MT Charlotte and the processing factories of Fimiston and Gidji. Thunderbox (TBO) operations are located in the Yandal belt and the very promising Agiluna belt, in the northeast halves of Western Australia.
