A perfect season for team 2 women of Som Tennis Millau! Committed in regional 4 (hen H), our players signed an exemplary course, winning their 5 out of 5 games.
Last Sunday, during the last day of the championship, they won brilliantly at home against the Laissac Tennis Club.
Thanks to the victories of Laurence Mutchler, Sophie Lecussan et Emy Mullotthe team concluded this group phase on a success without appeal: 5/0.

A performance that allows them to win a deserved qualification for the final stages, to come very soon!
Congratulations to all the players for their commitment and their determination, as well as their captain for having managed to lead this beautiful team to the summits!
Results of men’s teams
Last weekend was particularly intense for the Som Tennis Millau teams, with great performance.
In the senior regional championship, two Millavoises teams were engaged.
Team 2 in Regional 3, traveling to Castres, won 4 to 2. Romain, Dominique, Arsène and Laurent won their simple, while the double was conceded.

Meanwhile, at the SOM, the team 3 was playing the last day of the championship against Rodez Tennis Padel Club. After three victories and a draw, she had her first defeat of the season. Cruel or encouraging defeat? For the captain Christophe Redondespite the disappointment not to access the final stages, this championship was above all an opportunity to strengthen the links between the members and to share precious moments of conviviality. An experience that will be renewed next year without hesitation!

SOM volunteers in action
On the occasion of the Tarn Valley Trail, several members of the Som tennis Millau responded to lend a hand to the organization of this sporting event in the great outdoors.
Positioned at the refueling of Chaldas, they took advantage of the sun and good humor to encourage the many runners throughout their effort.

Because in the SOM, tennis is not only played out on short … The spirit of mutual aid and solidarity goes beyond the disciplines!
