Apple improves its transition application between Android and iOS. It wins several functions and makes it possible to import new data.
Migrating to iOS is an Apple application launched in September 2015. It can easily switch from Google’s system to an apple phone.
In its latest version, it adds the possibility of carrying out data transfer from Wi-Fi or via a personal access point. Until then, the operation could only be wired. This method remains possible and even gains in velocity.
Another improvement made, call history and double sims are now taken care of during migration. Ditto for vocal records which will be migrated to the Dictaphone application of iOS or to the Files application according to the compatibility of their format.
-Watch out for messages
Apple is not the only one to offer a migration solution to its system. Each Android manufacturer has its solution that works with more or less success.
On this subject, it is interesting to report that there can be clashes during the passage from Android to iOS, in particular at the level of messages, SMS and MMS. If the volume is too large, the oldest may not be imported or SMS. Personal experience.
Between Android smartphones, the problem also exists, but can easily be corrected by going through a third -party application for the transfer of messages: SMS Backup & Restore, in this case.
