The cloth burns between Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith. If they have accepted the conditions for their divorce that has just been settled, they always argue in court regarding the schooling of their daughter, Juno, aged 5 years.
According to TMZ, the two actors fail to agree on the school where to send their child, of whom they have shared custody. In the documents filed for justice by her lawyer, the 38 -year -old Briton says he wants Juno to change school next year. However, the father of the little one opposes it.
Jodie claims to have been researching this new primary school, having discussed it with Joshua and having made sure that she was close enough to her home. She therefore hopes that a judge grants an order from the court to ensure that she has the last word.
As for the other divorce clauses, the actor, revealed in the series “Dawson”, will pay 2,787 dollars per month of alimony for Juno. He will also pay $ 75,000 for the counsel for lawyer for his ex-wife. The latter will not, however, receive any alimony for herself, when she claimed it.
Recall that Jodie had asked for divorce in October 2023, invoking irreconcilable differences with Joshua. They met in 2018 and got engaged a few months later. Crazy about, the two artists had obtained a marriage license at the Beverly Hills courthouse, long before people know that they were together.
